NINELESS Creator Ops — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how JCN Company ("NINELESS", "we", "us") collects and uses information through NINELESS Creator Ops, an internal tool we use to run our product gifting program for content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and email.

1. Information we collect
When a creator sends a direct message to our Instagram business account (@nineless_official), or replies to our email invitation, we receive:
- Instagram username and the Instagram-scoped user ID provided by Meta
- The content of messages sent to us
- Email address and name, if the creator contacts us by email
- Public profile information of the creator's social accounts (such as follower count and public posts), used to check eligibility for our program
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any information from people who have not contacted us or been invited to our program.

2. How we use the information
We use this information only to:
- Read and respond to replies to our collaboration invitations
- Determine whether a creator has accepted our invitation
- Send gift codes and campaign guides to participating creators
- Keep a record of campaign participation and published reviews
Message content may be processed by an automated classification tool (Google Gemini) solely to sort replies (for example, "accepted" or "question"). We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that operate our tool on our behalf — Meta Platforms (Instagram messaging), Cloudflare (hosting and database), and Google (email and reply classification) — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Retention
We keep campaign records for as long as needed to run our gifting program and review past participation, and delete them upon request as described below.

5. Your choices and data deletion
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by telling us or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails. To request access to or deletion of your information, email nineless@jcncompany.co.kr with your Instagram username or email address. We will delete your information within 30 days and confirm by reply.

6. Security
Access tokens and account credentials are stored in encrypted form, and access to the tool is limited to authorized NINELESS staff.

7. Children
Our program is intended for creators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this address with its effective date.
