NINELESS Creator Program — Terms of Service
Effective date: September 30, 2026

These Terms apply to creators who join the NINELESS product gifting program ("Program") operated by JCN Company ("NINELESS", "we", "us"). By accepting our invitation or using a gift code, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and live in a country where our partner store can deliver. We may decline or end participation at our discretion.

2. Gifted collaboration
The Program is a gifted barter collaboration: we provide products free of charge in exchange for your honest review. There is no fee to join, and we do not pay for reviews except as stated in Section 6.

3. Gift codes
- Each code is personal, for one-time use, and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
- Please use your code within 10 days of receiving it. Codes not used within that period may be withdrawn and reassigned to another creator.
- Codes are redeemed on our partner store (YesStyle). Ordering, shipping, and delivery are subject to the partner store's own terms and policies.
- One code per person per campaign.

4. Content
- Please upload your review video within one month of receiving the product.
- Your review must reflect your honest opinion. We do not ask you to make false or misleading claims.
- You must clearly disclose that the product was gifted (for example, #gifted or #ad) as required by the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
- Please include the hashtags and mention described in the campaign guide.

5. Use of your content
You keep ownership of your content. You allow NINELESS to share, repost, and reference your published review on our own social media channels with credit to you. We will not use your content in paid advertising without your separate consent.

6. Best reviewer reward
Creators selected as best reviewers may receive USD $100. Selection is made at our discretion.

7. Customs fees
If you pay import customs fees for your gifted products, send us the receipt and we will refund the amount.

8. Participation in future campaigns
Creators who receive a code but do not use it, or who receive products but do not upload a review, may not be invited to future campaigns.

9. Disclaimer
Products are provided as they are sold by our partner store. To the extent permitted by law, NINELESS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted at this address with its effective date.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
